What software do you use? (top)
We use a variety of software from different vendors. Each situation may call for a slightly different solution and therefore a different software package.

Who owns the software? (top)
You do. We are required by the software vendors to purchase separate licenses for each machine. Once the software is install on the given machine, you will legally own it.

Can I monitor multiple machines? (top)
Absolutely! Since each machine must have a separate license, we must increase the fees accordingly. Let us know if you want to monitor multiple machines prior to install.

How long will the install take? (top)
Allow aproximately 1 hour. The install will take considerably less time, but we will provide additional consultation on proper usage, etc.

Will my children know they are being monitored? (top)
No. The software used runs in various stealth modes.

What if I need additional help? (top)
We can provide a follow-up consultation to analyze internet usage and/or refresher training. Our charge for this service is $95.
